Ready to take the next step in your career or pay it forward to the next generation of leaders? The ASPIRE 2026-2027 Mentorship Program is now accepting applications! Whether you’re ready to share your expertise with the next generation or seeking the guidance to advance your own career, this program is designed to help you grow, connect, and lead.

Apply today to become a mentor or mentee and invest in the future of Greater Williamsburg’s professional community.

The 2026 program will begin September 1st, and it will end February 28th. Throughout the six-month program, Mentors and Mentees are required to:

• Meet a minimum of four times for one-on-one mentorship, though we encourage our pairings to meet as often as they can. ASPIRE will provide optional resources and tools to help guide your meetings.

• Establish professional goals and a road map to reaching these goals.

• Attend the ExecConnect Networking Event to meet other mentors and mentees in the program in after-hours setting.

• Mentors & Mentees are required to check-in after each meeting, and mentees are required to give feedback when the program is finished.

Applications will close on August 27th. Pairings will be notified on August 31st. ASPIRE will attempt to create as many mentorship pairs as possible, but may not be able to match each applicant. We appreciate your understanding. Mentees and Mentors must be members of the GWCC to participate.
