ASPIRE Mentee Application: Open

The ASPIRE Young Professionals are accepting Mentee Applications for the 2026 Mentorship Program, which will start August 1st. ASPIRE’s goal is to pair local executives and leaders with young professionals like you as you develop in your careers. Note: Mentees must be members of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce. Search the Directory to confirm, or contact Tyler Bass. ASPIRE will attempt to create as many mentorship pairs as possible, but may not be able to match each applicant. We appreciate your understanding.

TIME COMMITMENT

The 2026 Program will begin September 1st, and it will end February 28th. Throughout the six-month program, Mentors and Mentees are required to:

  • Meet four times for one-on-one mentorship. ASPIRE will provide optional resources and tools to help guide your meetings.

  • Establish professional goals and a road map to reaching these goals. The goals and road map must be submitted to Tyler Bass upon completing your first meeting.

  • Attend the ExecConnect Networking Event to meet other Mentors and Mentees in the program in after-hours setting.

  • Mentors are required to check-in after each meeting, while mentees are required to give feedback when the program is finished.
