ASPIRE Mentor Application: Open
The ASPIRE Young Professionals are seeking Mentors to apply for the 2025 Mentorship Program, which will start August 1st. ASPIRE’s goal is to find enthusiastic executives and leaders who are passionate about helping young professionals develop in their careers. As a Mentor, you will be responsible for assisting your Mentee with setting career and professional development goals and offering perspective from your personal experiences.
Note: Mentors must be members of the Greater Williamsburg Chamber of Commerce. Search the Directory to confirm, or contact Tyler Bass.
Time Commitment
The 2025 Program will begin September 1st, and it will end February 28th. Throughout the six-month program, Mentors and Mentees are required to:
Meet three times for one-on-one mentorship. ASPIRE will provide optional resources and tools to help guide your meetings.
Attend the ExecConnect Networking Event to meet other Mentors and Mentees in the program in after-hours setting.
