ASPIRE Mentorship Resource Library
Thank you for participating in the ASPIRE Young Professionals Mentorship Program!
Mentorship Program
The 2026 Program will begin September 1st, and it will end February 28th. Throughout the six-month program, Mentors and Mentees are required to:
Meet four times for one-on-one mentorship. ASPIRE will provide optional resources and tools to help guide your meetings. We encourage our pairings to meet as often as they can but four meetings are required.
Establish professional goals and a road map to reaching these goals. The goals and road map must be submitted to Tyler Bass upon completing your first meeting.
Attend the ExecConnect Networking Event to meet other Mentors and Mentees in the program in after-hours setting.
Mentors & Mentees are required to check-in after each meeting, and mentees are required to give feedback when the program is finished.
