Common Grounds is a new morning networking series designed to foster deeper connections and propel business growth within the Greater Williamsburg community. By hosting a session, you position your business as a community leader and open your doors to 20-30 local decision-makers.

Host Responsibilities
To ensure a successful morning for all attendees, the Host is responsible for:
Venue: Provide a welcoming indoor space suitable for 20-30 attendees.
Coffee: Supply hot coffee for attendees upon arrival at 8:30 AM.
Breakfast Snacks: Provide light breakfast snacks (pastries, fruit, etc.)
Program Participation: Prepare a brief 5-10 minute presentation to kick off the event.
Parking: Ensure there is adequate parking available for 20-30 vehicles.
Chamber Responsibilities
The GWCC staff will support you by:
Marketing: Promoting the event to the membership via digital and social channels.
Registration: Managing all RSVPs and providing you with a final headcount 48 hours prior.
On-Site Support: Assisting with check-ins and facilitating the 60-second member pitches.
Data Sharing: Providing the Host with a list of all attendees following the event.
